Database Administration Services

We will set up your database on our server and communicate with your audience at launch and on a monthly basis during the promotion by email. Statement production and all database backroom support is in place to take the administrative burden away to make your programme deliver loyalty and highly visible incentives to increase sales and goodwill.

The Free Set Up ‘Optimum’ package includes monthly email statements and messages. Additional communications can be arranged via email broadcast, mail or fax broadcast and SMS Mobile Phone messaging. These additional services are quoted as required.

Management reports are available ‘live 24/7’ from the report centre on the site, covering all site activity and financial summaries.

We operate your programme on a monthly fee basis with the basic set up free. The fee funds all backend operations to run a fully comprehensive reward allocation and claim system on-line with complete communications package. Fees are based on audience size and any bespoke routines. Rewardstore is the most cost effective way to operate a professional on-line incentive programme.

Sales in, points out - performance up!

We assume for the ‘Optimum’ package you can provide sales data electronically, so we can collate the data and convert the sales into points to credit participants personal store accounts via the agreed rates that are assigned. (see reward calculations). More elaborate sales tracking methods can be devised as required.

Your site skin

The rewardstore environment is cleverly designed in order that top banner and side designs can be changed to match your company or campaigns identity. Our webmasters will create graphics and a colour scheme to present a seamless transition to the store from any other materials you have in mind. If required we can develop your programme from scratch including brochures and display materials providing a turnkey service from where to launch your initiative.

Reward Calculations

Three main methods are commonplace for our ‘Optimum’ incentive package.

We take the sales value of the goods in question and apply an incentive payment rate to the item normally between .75% and 1.5%, this is converted into points and placed in the recipients accounts.

Or

A product table is established providing fixed reward amounts for each listed qualifying product. (This can be supplied in Excel for example) When the product codes in the table match the incoming sales information the points rewards are allocated accordingly.

Or

Targets are loaded and performance is tracked until trigger points are achieved for reward payment.

And more bespoke applications for example:-
